Bite That Brownie!

It’s October and candy is everywhere…just begging you to divulge in all that sugary sweetness. Don’t give up or give in! Here is a chocolate treat that won’t do damage to your waistlines. Not the biggest fan of chocolate (crazy right?) unless it comes in a brownie form or has mint involved, meet one of my favorites treats….Glenny’s Brownies. These decadent, rich tasty brownies are 100 calories, have 7 grams of fiber (awesome) 4 grams of fat and are made with all natural ingredients. They are always fresh, the perfect size and come in 3 different flavors. I prefer the chocolate or chocolate peanut butter…Super rich in flavor and they remind me of a piece of naughty fudge. Not a fan of the blondie brownie (a little to bland). Look for them in your grocery stores, health food stores, or go to Check out all their other goodies, I am a huge fan of all of their yummy snacks.
